built with economic considerations. ie) cost vs performance/competition. The 300zx tt was built with fewer comprimises and more performance potential. When it was introduced in North America, it set a benchmark as the most expensive Japanese import of it's time. Even today, a well kept 300zx tt has a better "quality" feel than a new 350Z. I had a chance to compare a 350Z to my 300zx tt. The fit, finish, and quality of materials is unmistakable.
